Our Vision, Aim, Values and Ethos
Because He said, "The Kingdom of heaven is like this. A man takes a mustard seed and sows it in his field. It is the smallest of all seeds, but when it grows up, it is the biggest of all plants. It becomes a tree, so that birds come and make their nests in its branches." (Matthew 13:31-32)
We say, "Through Christian values we will Support, Help, Inspire, Nurture and Encourage all individuals to SHINE and flourish."
Our Aim, Values and Ethos
Our vision provides the foundations for our setting: one where Christian values are taught and lived through our relationships with each other. We strive to ensure that through those relationships all pupils, staff, governors and community members are given the skills and opportunities to develop resilience, independence, respect, and success in our community and beyond. Our pupils have chosen the following values to have particular importance in our school as the children feel that these values will help us all to realise our vision: Generosity; Compassion; Perseverance; Forgiveness; Friendship and Truthfulness.
