The role of the Full Governing Body is to provide strategic direction and management to support the work of the headteacher and other staff. 

The role of the Strategy Committee is to monitor the progress the school is making in relation to all aspects of the School Improvement Plan. 

The role of the Finance and Resources Committee is to ensure the school has strategic plans in place to deliver effective teaching and learning within the school budget. 

The role of the Curriculum & Standards Committee is to monitor the progress all learners are making across all areas of school.
